Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum order required.

 

Standard Shipping (Free): Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping is available to all Australian states and territories, including regional and rural addresses. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact us at support@vitalspring.com.au and we will investigate promptly.
